McFrivolous Lawsuits on behalf of all fast food companies. Tell them we
are big kids now.

We
are smarter and we act!
Choice
is ours and when we do decide it will be on our terms. It will be the
foods we want to eat. That is why I choose to join a support group. They
do not recommend a McDonalds only diet neither does anyone else, but they
do allow you to eat whatever you like as long as you take responsibility
for it. When you are ready I suggest a support group to further educate
yourself and get that added support that you can not get from home. If

We are at 3rd St and Bell on Thursday at 7pm. Its is going to be exciting

Consult your healthcare professional. even if you just go to the end of
the drive on the first day, then the neighbors drive the next, and so
on. Morgan shows us that no exercise,
of his free will, and excess caloric intake, caused his weight
gain. Same things happen to us. Look at my healthy
links page for some ideas and if you have others send them to me I
will be glad to post them. Also I am walking for the3day.com which is
a breast cancer research walk and need sponsors so please help me on my

a stand before they do!
What
will be next? Morgan may suggest in his next movie that the Colonel not
sell chicken in a bucket anymore. A fat guy could get confused and think
he was supposed to eat the whole thing and we cannot let that happen.
Maybe pizza should not be sold any larger than a slice at a time. Educate
yourself. Understand the issues. Be informed. Tell Congress you support
me.
If you choose anything choose to do something. Just choose at least one
