Dinner! A Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Vanilla Shake
Well it was as I thought. Not as much lost on the scale this week but
I can tell it is in ways you cannot. I was wearing size 42 jeans today
not 46's WOW! That is telling more than 11.6 pounds is saying. I really
think it has to do with the amount of walking I am doing now. More muscle
replaced fat and water. I drink alot of water.
Speaking of water I want to thank the folks at O
Premium Waters who supply our office with water. As I said before,
this is the only indulgence I will really have outside McDonalds due to
the inconvenience and cost. O Premium is O so Premium water! I highly
recommend them to all. Click their link and tell them you heard about
them from that McDonalds eat'n guy. ;)
Went to my support group for a wonderful meeting. If you ever thought
about going now is the time. We are havin a blast and the person who runs
the meetings, Linda, well she is just plain fun as heck. She shows you
in a very fun way, all of the bad habits we share, and how to correct
them, or what to expect. I will harp on this subject more later but I
would like to see you all there. If you start now you'll be thin as me
by the holidays. Well I only lost 3 pounds this week but let me say again
it is moving and I can tell now. We will see next week I am sure.
I also met someone else today who told me that the key is to take things
in small steps. One week at a time. Small victories.
