Even with all of my fame I have obligations to my posse. Here I am stopping by. somewhere just after 6 AM, with McDonalds breakfast for the guys. Ok I didn't make it that early. If you read yesterday I was walking until 1AM.

They didn't seem too upset. Just what Ed needed was coffee.

And Joey doesn't seem to mind either. Good thing I brought McGriddles.

Wha 'd I do?

I guess Ed wants me to put down the camera and get to Hot Roddin'

What did I think I was here for.

I finally did some work.

And some more work or Joey would kick my butt. Hot Roddin' is hard work.

Well I managed to sneak away for lunch. I tried the new chicken strips with honey mustard. They were awesome. Ate the fries and I drank a Poweraid. I am going to try to walk another 12 miles tonight but I am hurting from all that work I had to do. Does McDonalds serve cheese to go with that whine?

Managed to walk another 12 miles. Went 8 miles and then stopped at the house for a bathroom break and picked up a McDonalds Double Cheeseburger. I keep spares in the fridge just in case I get hungry. Occasionally I have a McFlurry in the freezer as well, just in case. Now this is a diet huh? My wife decided to go with me for the last 4 miles to get out of the house and leave the guitar players (my son Zach and his friend Pat) free range. As we walked I said to her, "wonder what people think as I walk and eat a cheeseburgers?" Truly a cool diet! I think as I walk that 60 miles in October, support me, I will have McDonalds all the way.

While people are dropping I keep walking, smiling, and drinking from my Super Sized Cup. That will just kill 'em. Some people take this walking stuff so serious and I show up with food in my mouth. Now that would be funny.
