talk about the meat of the subject. Or lets not. Lets talk about what
I don't eat. Remember to consult your healthcare physician before starting
any diet. I also do not recommend this to anyone I am only recording what
I do.

I am promoting exercise with doctors approval.
I am promoting a fundraiser for breast cancer research that I still need

And most of all I am supporting your right to enjoy everything on McDonalds
menu, anytime!

Anyway the big story is I walked 8 miles tonight in 2 hours and 7 minutes.
For those who need to know. Not too bad for a big fat guy. Remember it
is taking responsibility for intake vs output. Thats it.
