We
met at McDonalds for a training walk. Pictured here is me, Kevin, on the
left, Lorena (the3day.com coach), Jill, Teri, and of course Ed (who took
this picture).
It was a great morning and a nice walk around the park. These ladies are
all walkers in The3day.com walk. Ed and
I had a blast and hope to meet more of you out there.
This is a great time for me to say that if you disagree with me fundamently
on the topic of Morgan Spurlock and his movie, well that is just fine.
I hope however that you feel the same way I do about Breast Cancer Research
and support that cause. In that case I urge you to donate to the cause

Breakfast was a burro and bacon and eggs with juice.
Lunch was a McChicken without the bun and diet coke.
I weighed in with a small loss of 2.6 pounds but that was expected. I
am ok with that. I would rather heal and be healthy next week than just
to have lost an additional pound or so but not be able to walk for a long
time.
Dinner was a Quarter Pounder with cheese, Diet Coke, three cookies and
a McFlurry with Oreos! WOW that hit the spot. Time to walk.
We walked 4.5 miles in the morning and I walked 8 in the evening right
after typing this page.
