Here is my new McQ Sandwich!

You take the chicken from a grilled chicken sandwich and the add it to a double cheeseburger.

Then you re wrap the sandwich and place in a microwave for 15 seconds to allow the flavors to meld. I just placed it in the sun from the window for a few seconds. This process is called "Q-ing"

What a tasty burger! What McFlavor! Ok well I am not Scott Baxter and my camera is the best there was 5 years ago. But this melding of flavors is what prompted me to refer to it as the "McQ" I guess if I did it with a Double Quarter Pounder it would be the "Big McQ".

Ed wants to try the spicy chicken and fish with the tarter sauce. I will let him do that one and I'll photograph his process for you. We're waiting for you Ed.

Well I made it home just in time for a storm. So I typed this first and then I go. It is nasty out there with lots of lightning.

Why walk?

I received a letter from the walk I am in and it was from a walker who put it so nice:

"I must walk to demonstrate strength and show my cancer that it has not yet defeated me."

I'll ask permission to put up the rest of the letter but that does it for me. I must walk tonight to show this person to stay strong. To encourage others to take that first step at wellness or encourage others to do so.

Well my wife would say I must because I am just stubborn. Whatever the reason you think I am walking for, it certainly is not because I got tired of drinking beer and eating pizza.

Some people think I want to be the next Jarod. Do I look like a poster child for good behavior to you? I do not think McDonalds will see me this way. I am sure they can find better examples out there to represent them if they felt they needed that. I am just an example for them and anyone else to see, that eating what you want is ok with moderation if you exercise.

I walk because I still can.

Click to see this story. Unbelievable. I want to walk with this guy!
