Scott
acquired the T-Shirts for MyMcDiet from Ricky at J&R
Graphics.
Ed
shows off his new T-shirt. Proud to be a MyMcDiet faithful.
We are going to sell T-Shirts for $20.00 each and half of it goes to the
cause.
Of course I could be persuaded to give you one for one big fat donation.
I cut back the amount I am eating because of my new injury. Just cannot
avoid this type of thing. Shin
splints are painful and the remedy requires time off which I do not
have. On the one hand if I stop walking, I stop losing and then the diet
is over for awhile or I keep walking but I am not trained to go 20 miles
three days in a row during the event. So I am going to keep walking but
slower and see what happens. Have to cut back on McFlurries for awhile.
Day
by day, small victories is the way to go. Like I said before it is not
the end result that you have to work at each day, but each day that you
have to work at. Small victories will win the war.
Had bacon and eggs for breakfast.
Quarter pounder with cheese and diet coke for lunch.
Quarter pounder with cheese and diet coke for dinner (and some of Zach's
fries, don't tell him)
Walked 8 miles very slow and painful.
