Went to the Chiroprator and seen Dr. Lanier. I did not have my camera so I will have to get a picture with him next time. He's a great guy.

Here me and Zach (the one in the shades who looks like me a long time ago) enjoy dinner. Zach had some pasta at this restraunt, a favorite of his, while I have apple dippers, if you can make out the green bag in front of me and a diet coke.

Afterwards we went to see the movie Collateral at AMC Deer Valley 30

I was just lookin! They weren't even open for biz.

Still healing so no walk and bacon, eggs, and juice for breakfast, two doublecheeseburgers and apple dippers for lunch and same for dinner.
