Wow!
I did not see that coming. I was hoping for, not more than a pound in
gained weight, not a loss! Here I am after exiting my support group. I
was weighed in at 280.2 pounds for a total loss of 32.6 pounds in 57 days.
That is 8 straight weeks of losses! I'll give blood to the first News
Channel that wants to test it! I am clean as a whistle. No fat blockers,
no phen phen, no diet pills, no starvation, just good eats and good livin'.
If you think it is just my metabolism, think again. I don't think I have
been under 280 pounds for at least 8-10 years. Well at least if it were
for a short time I just can't remember being that light. Ha! I said I
am light! That's so funny.
Today I had the burrito as they say at McDonalds. I once asked for a burro
and no one understood me. I'm a big fat guy, what do I know. I know I
can lose weight watching what I eat in relationship to exercise. I am
pretty darn close too.
I also had a happy meal and got busted. The manager asked if it was for
a boy
(referring to the toy) and then she said "I know it's for you"
OOPS! But their Hot Wheels!
I had a super large milk shake, quarter pounder and some of Zach's fries
and an order of McNuggets, with BBQ sauce.
I decided it was time to test the leg. Dr. Lanier said to stretch good,
which I did, and off I went for 4 miles. Did it quick. And I had no problems,
so I will go again tomorrow night for 4 more. Then Saturday if I have
no problems I will go for 8 miles. We can be back by next week perhaps.
Tomorrow I am to be taped with my Doctor by Channel 3. I will let you
know when it is to air. We taped a bunch last Thursday and this is some
footage of me and the Doctor. It's really great that he is standing behind
me and my results. The cholesterol results will be released by him. Tomorrow's
pictures will be good!
For
dinner I had a uarter Pounder with cheese and a double cheeseburger with
fires and a Raspberry Shake, which is very good!
