Stopping at another McDonalds with my brother Nick and his friends. Yeah yeah I know the camera needs to go. I'll get a new one after the Susan Komem walk. Did you know I was raising money for Susan Komen? Click the Sponsor Me! tab at the top.

The boys, David, Chad, Nick, and I. No, we were not previously swimming, that was later, we were in yoga class. Yeah!

Bikram Yoga of Las Vegas

If you go tell them the big fat guy from MyMcDiet sent ya. Sorry but there was no way I was putting pictures of that on the Internet. I already put humiliating pictures up already, but not in positions it took three paramedics to get me out of.

David told me his wife was recently in the Detroit Susan Komen walk and Chad had donated to several walkers. Way to go guys! You are Number One in my book!

It was definitely an experience I/we will not forget. It was intense to say the least. We were soaking wet, and I mean it, not a single dry spot on us. The definition of sweat will never be the same. We had cleansed our bodies for sure.

I bought 6 double cheese burgers to go and had a Super Sized Power Aid and apple dippers. I think David ate one of the cheeseburgers so I only had 5.

The rest of the night was spent putting the toxins back in. We went to dinner at a great steak place and the guys ate steak while I had diet coke. I had a reserve of Che McDonalds back at the hotel. We took in a show of Dennis Miller. Sat up against the stage for his show and the opening act made reference to McDonalds. I was going to boo him off and treat him like Linda Ronstadt, it could have made CNN, but I let it go. If I see that guy on the Strip, I'll be thinking of Morgan Spurlock and.....
