After
Lil Mama's last night I had to have more of my McSoul food. McGriddles
and Chicken Select. I walked to McDonalds for breakfast so I had to have
water first then a milkshake for the walk home.
I
walked more in the afternoon to get to 16 miles for the day, and then
I took Zach to see a band called F5
We went to the Cajun House in
Scottsdale to see F5 and it was a great show and awesome venue.
The band F5 was formed by Dave Ellefson bassist, formerly of Megadeth,
and Steve Conley guitarist, and a kick butt drummer, David Small. Then
Dale Steele vocals and John Davis on guitar were added to make up this
great new band called F5.
To find out more about F5 visit their website:

I know the pictures did not come out well but if they did I could not
use them anyway. You get the idea. You can tell Dale is rockin' out in
center, John is on the far left and Dave is sort of hidden in the back
between Dale and John. Steve is on the right and David Small is in the
back on drums but there was no good lighting to pick up the drums.

John,
Dale and Steve of F5 in action. You can not see him but Ron from Topless
Racing is at the left in front of Steve. Hey Ron! Dale dedicated one of
the songs to him. Dale came out looking for Ron but we don't know where
he went off to.
Zach was checking out David's bass. We had a great time rockin out with
F5 and I think you will too. Request them on your favorite radio station
and when you hear them you will agree. I know KUPD in Phoenix has one
of their songs in rotation.
Of course I recommend F5 for my younger McDonalds fans but some of us
older ones can enjoy them as well. If hard rock is not your thing, just
remember that Sherry Roberson, the top Jazz diva in town, will be performing
with Grammy winner
Arturo Sandoval at the Rhythm Room Friday Night Sept. 17th. I will unfortunately
miss the show because of other arrangements that night.
You remember we met Sherry back in August.
