Just getting back to normal. Having 2 double cheeseburgers put together.

I will be walking in Kiwanis Park on Saturday for 18 miles. If you would like to join me please RSVP.

I would like to point out that we have had over 20,000 hits in just the past week and we have not see much activity on the Sponsor me page.

I would also like to point out that McDonalds does not pay me to do this. Many people believe that McDonalds is paying me. I tell them that I have no contact with them. I have only spoke to franchisees and one media person (on one occasion). They are not sponsoring me so I need your help. I know your out there watching and enjoying the site, but if you could please get me to my goal, there are only a few days left before this is over.

While you may believe as many do that McDonalds is going to pay me, I do not share that belief. I think they are more interested in brand protection. And while this may appear to be in their best interest, I am not the best representation of McDonalds. I have never claimed to be either. The hope of being in contact with them was only to make sure I did nothing to harm their image and possibly get recognition so I may reach my fund raising goal.

Most of the media has not responded to my requests for help via myself or my posse.
Channel 3 was our best hope and very appreciated. So today I have let the site be less entertainment and more about business.

I was hoping to end this on the last day of the month. I will not reach my goal of a 50 pound loss and it also looks like I will not reach my goal of $2,000 for Breast Cancer research.

You can make the difference. The money goes directly to the foundation and you can do that online or download the form and print it out to send it via the mail. Click the 3 Day logo or go to sponsor me.

I have very little time left in the day to go out and fund raise, between working, the web site, and walking. I spent a considerable amount of money and time doing this in hopes that it would bring in an amount multiple of what I have spent. That calculation was off by a mile. Seems that people will spend lots of money on lottery tickets and football pools but when it comes to this, well they just don't seem to find the extra money. Please reconsider.

Thanks,

Kevin
