Today
is just like any other day, I sleep, I wake, I eat, I sit in traffic,
I work, I eat, I work some more, I eat, I sit in traffic, I walk, I walk
some more, I sit and build this web page, I sleep (but not much).
Today, I had an egg mcmuffin and OJ for breakfast, two Big and Tasty's
and a parfait (pictured) for lunch, and two double cheeseburgers for dinner.
Diet cokes all around of course, oh and a splash of Dr Pepper just because
my little buddy Ryan showed me that.
I really looked at walking 200 miles this month but called it the day
yesterday which made that goal impossible. Some times you just have to
push really really hard. Well I know I lost more weight this week so far,
lets see if I can keep it off. I would love to see myself under that psychological
number of 270. Anything in the 260's would be great. Just think, only
3 months ago I was 312.8 pounds, and a year ago or more I was 341.
I guess I will have to do some fund raising this weekend. Doesn't seem
like I will make the $2000. mark in time for the walk. I really would
like to walk in that event. So I guess I will fund raise in stead of walking
this weekend. That was not really my plan but that is the way it goes.
If any of you ever consider fundraising email me and I will tell you what
I learned. It is not what you expect it to be.
Well it's another 12 miles tonight, goodnight.
