Stopped
at a clients and they have a McDonalds billboard right in their parking
lot. I have to visit them more often.

I enjoyed a salad with double meat and a cookie for dinner. I had an sausage
McMuffin for breakfast and OJ, and a Quarter Pounder for lunch.
Work and eat and walk, same same...
Losing weight is a commitment and this is not even the hard part. It is
the maintenance plan which is a real bummer. Thats for life! Hard to think
about that because it is hard to fit in all those pizzas I am craving.
Too bad there is no McPizza. I just don't see a fit for that.
