Double double cheeseburger please. Still recovering and do not think I will have a loss this week. When muscle is recovering it retains water. many people don't understand that if you work out really hard, not only do you gain muscle which weighs more but water is retained as well which shows a weight gain. Don't be discouraged. this is absolutely normal. I should have a gain of 3 or even 4 pounds possibly. Then a big loss next week because of the water that will be lost when I start walking normal again.
