MyMcDiet
is over but the effort continues at BIGFATDIET.com I've
seen the Super Size movie and I was not impressed, so I have challenged
the movie from a big fat guys perspective. Yes, that's more representative,
don't you think? Someone who can eat McDonalds and hold it down. So for
over 90 days I have eaten only at McDonalds, and I walk my way to a Always remember that I lost weight while eating nothing but McDonalds. Guess you expect me to say "You can too" but I will not. I do not want you to do anything of the sort. I want you to understand that when you start a diet and fail, it was because you were programmed to think that way. Stop it! I watched many people around me start over and over again and always quit when they "cheated" the first time. Remember it is not cheating. You have a right to enjoy your favorite foods. It is just a hurdle. It just means you have to give it alittle more effort. Think of your diet as a bank. You deposit your hard earned effort, then you withdraw food from that. If you overdraw, you are in trouble, right? So, if I walk 8 miles tonight, I know I can have a milkshake with my meal. I am not going to spell out the MyMcDiet because I am monitored by professionals and you should not try this at home. There are many consequences that I have had to deal with and that is for another day, perhaps my book. First
you need to accept that you are fat and you did it. OK. Others may have
had a hand in programming you that way or abusing you into it but you
went on your own accord. Now see your doctor and ask about the form of
exercise that is right for you and how much to start with. Even if you
are not to overweight, you may have a heart condition or something. Then
BUY NEW BALANCE SHOES. That is the only thing I ask you to buy. I do not
have stock in the company. I do not receive a commission. I'll tell you
when I do. Then pick a cause to help motivate yourself.
I
just don't see Ronald being the bad guy as you would have me believe however
I do see your message as a threat to everyone. I
eat, I sit, I get fat, it's my fault. I don't want to call Spurlock a
McFraud, but I have to say he dosen't represent that vast obese population
that I know and love so well. Ding Ding Round One.....To go to Day 1, Planning and click next page to see the next day. And remember it is all for a cause! |
